Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DrillLogic application ("the Service"), provided by Marcio Barreto ("we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DrillLogic is a coaching tool offering a curated drill library, a session builder, and AI-assisted session planning for youth sports coaches.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your country and have authority to bind any organisation you represent. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and must provide accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
  • Send spam or infringe intellectual property rights of others.
  • Probe, scan, scrape or interfere with security or integrity of the Service.
  • Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, drill content and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your subscription plan. You must not reverse engineer, resell or circumvent technical limitations.

5. AI-generated content

The AI session planner produces output based on your inputs. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for qualified coaching, medical or safety advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before use with players, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input. We may filter, refuse or remove outputs and may suspend accounts for repeated misuse.

6. Payment, subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net.

7. Service level and warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose, and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Marcio Barreto operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
