How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact us through the support channel inside the app and we will process your refund through Stripe.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page or from the billing portal accessible there. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
