DrillLogic, operated by Marcio Barreto, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
  • Contact us through the support channel inside the app and we will assist.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
